Airfry Crispy Lemon Herb Chicken
If you'd ask what's my favorite spring/ summer chicken recipe? It will be the Lemon Herb Chicken. This chicken recipe is a total pleaser. It had perfect melody of herbs, garlic and tanginess of lemon that burst flavors in your mouth. I'm glad that I can cook this on an airfryer which It can achieve crispy skin while maintaining its juiciness. Give this recipe a go, you will not be disappointed.

- 2 pcs Chicken thighs/ breast ( Skin on)
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary (dried is ok as well)
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme (dried is ok as well)
- 2 cloves Garlic grated
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 wedges Lemon (for garnish)
Seasoning
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Rub the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Combine butter, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, garlic and lemon juice
Dip the chicken to the mixture and coat evenly.
Preheat Airfryer 180 C 2 minutes. Airfry 180 C for 17 minutes then 200 C for 3 minutes to achieve crispy chicken skin.
Optional: you can toast baby carrots and brocolli for last 7 minutes of cooking. Serve warm with veggies as side dish. Enjoy!
