Airfry Scottish Eggs

Scotch eggs are basically hard-boiled eggs wrapped in sausage meat that is coated in breadcrumbs and are either baked or deep-fried. But since airfryer can do much as what an oven can do. I tried Scottish Eggs on an airfryer and turn out so well.
